What You Receive:

Fully rigged and hand textured 3d model
the model in .fbx fromat
the .blend file
the 4k textures files,texture masks,normal maps,etc
the unitypackage corresponding to all the model formats(vrchat,warudo,vrm)
VRC visemes, Standard vrm blendshapes, standard
emotions(default,sad,happy,angry,surprised) and a few blendshapes that can be mismatched to create more emotes
IPhone ARKIT tracking blendshapes
poiyomi or liltoon shader setup(depends on artstyle)

ADD-ONS:
(prices for reference, final price will depend on complexity)

Props - $50-100
Extra outfits - $200
Extra hair - $100

prices are for reference the final price of commission ranges between $900 - $1500

General Terms
- I have the right to reject any commission for any reason, please do not take it personally if rejected
- The work in progress will be posted on my socials and occasionally streamed on twitch/youtube
- and I reserve the rights to use the commissioned work for portfolio and promotional purpose
- I don't take any responsibility for damage caused by edits and changes done by other artist after the completion
- Credits are required in at least one place you are active in(you can use either my twitter handle or twitch
What I can do
- Male,Female or Semi-Furry 1:1 3d models from scratch( for full furry models please feel free to reach out to see if its a style I can emulate 1:1 )
- ARKIT blendshapes,VRC visemes and custom expressions
Simple VRC and vtuber
setup
- Basic rigging
- UV unwrapping
- Hand painted textures

What I can't do
- NSFW(suggestive is fine)
- Realism
- Lowpoly
- Mecha or Heavy armor

Intellectual Property Rights
- You receive limited commercial rights to the commissioned model for streaming/vtubing and posting on socials
* editing the model directly or hiring another artist for changes requires explicit permission. *\
* you can receive full ownership rights for an additional fee which include reselling\repurposing the model, selling renders of the model as digital/physical merch,etc *

-When you commission me you confirm that you are the copyright owner of the reference design or have explicit permission from the design illustrator
You also confirm that you have explicit permission from the design reference illustrator to have a near copy of their work recreated in 3d,which includes but not limited to
- emulating their art style 1:1 in 3d texturing
- texture projection for reference
- using complex patterns,textures,tattoos,etc directly from reference
NDA
- I am to be informed about the duration and terms other than the ones listed below
- For NDA until debut, an extra fee of 10% of total price will be required
- I am free to post about the work after debut
- Permanent NDA needs to be discussed

Revisions
- Any amount of revisions can be done during the modelling and texturing process(within reason)
- Only small changes can be done after rigging
- Major revisions are subject to additional fee(feel free to ask)

AI rules
- By commissioning me you agree to not feed my work to ANY Generative AI programs
- I do not work with ai generated references

Delivery
- Expected delivery time is 2-3 months or more depending on complexity
- I don't work with hard deadlines

Communication
- Communication will be done through discord
- Updates will be provided every milestone or when I would like some input from the client
- Please be professional and open for smoother experience

Reference Materials
- A a high-res model sheet with front, back and side-view is preferred/best case scenario
- if there are layered clothes please include the character with the different layers
- a close-up of the face
- the body without the clothes(if possible)
in some cases the psd file of the character might be required so please keep that in mind- in case of no model sheet general description,mood boards,etc are enough to start work

Prices,Payments and Refunds
price:-All the prices are in USD
-Base price is $600price for reference expect the general range to be $700-$1500+payments:- all payments are to be done through vgen or paypal
- 50% of the payment is to be done before starting project and 50% during final deliveryrefunds:- In case of cancellation I get to keep the initial 50% payment and the rights to the 3d assets
- In case of cancellation from my side you will get full refund and the model and wip will be discarded
